At hotelsinmantralayam.com, we strive to make your booking experience simple, transparent, and fair. This policy outlines the terms for cancellation and refunds for hotel bookings made through our platform.
1. Cancellation by Guest
Cancellation charges depend on how far in advance you cancel before your check-in date:

Some hotels may have their own cancellation policies which will be displayed during booking. Hotel-specific policies take precedence over these general terms.
2. Cancellation by Hotel
If a hotel cancels your confirmed booking, you are entitled to a full refund (100%). We will also help you find an alternate accommodation at a comparable rate where possible.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used during booking (UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking).
4. Modification of Booking
Date changes and room upgrades are subject to availability and hotel approval. If the new booking costs less, the difference will be refunded. If it costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
5. Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control that prevent your stay, we will offer either a full refund or a credit for future bookings at your choice.
