How to Cancel
- Log in to your account on hotelsinmantralayam.com
- Go to "My Bookings"
- Click "Cancel" on the booking you wish to cancel
- Confirm the cancellation
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI)
- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once the refund is initiated
Booking Modifications
You can modify your booking dates from the "My Bookings" page. Date changes are subject to availability and the price will be recalculated based on the new dates.
Special Circumstances
In case of natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will work with you and the hotel to find a suitable resolution, which may include full refund or date change at no extra cost.
